Detection of trace iodate in edible salt by Ion Chromatography

摘要 采用离子色谱法法对食盐中碘酸盐含量进行定量分析。分析条件为:淋洗液为70mmol/L氯化钠溶液,流速为1.5ml/min,进样液氯化钠浓度为0.5%^-1.0%,紫外光度检测器波长为205nm。当碘浓度为0.05mg/L^-0.60mg/L时,本方法线性良好,可以用于加碘酸钾食盐中碘含量测定,并且操作简单、快捷。 Using Ion Chromatography method for the quantitative analysis of iodate salt in edible salt. Analysis of conditions: 70mmol/L sodium chloride solution was used as eluent, the lfow rate was 1.5ml/min, the sample solution contained 0.5%~1.0% of sodium chloride, and the wavelength of UV detector was set as 205nm. When the iodine concentration in the range of 0.05mg/L^0.60mg/L, the linearity of standard curve is very good. So this method can be used for the determination of iodine content in edible salt with potassium iodate in, and the operation is very simple and quick.
