没食子酸丙酯是一种重要的抗氧化剂,具有广泛的用途。高效催化剂的选择是以没食子酸与正丙醇为原料合成没食子酸丙酯的关键环节。参考了近几年有关没食子酸丙酯合成的文献,介绍了有机酸、固体超强酸、杂多酸等催化剂催化合成的优化条件,分析了各种催化剂的优缺点。

Propyl gallate is a kind of important antioxidant, has a wide range of uses. Choosing a kind of high efifcient catalyst for synthesis of propyl gallate with gallic acid and n-propyl alcohol as raw materials is an important step.The literature on the synthesis of propyl gallate in recent years was referenced, research status about the synthesis of propyl gallate using the catalysts,such as organic acid, solid superacid and heteropolyacid were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of these catalysts were analyzed.
