经济新常态下完善劳动合同制度的思考

摘要 为了适应新常态下我国经济的发展,完善我国的劳动合同,弥补劳动合同中出现的问题。在经济全球化这个大背景下,而且我国加入了世贸组织,因此我国对劳动合同的形式和内容有了更加严格的要求,对劳动关系协调的机制也有了新的要求。因为劳动关系本身就存在着复杂性和特殊性,在管理劳动合同中经常出现操作不规范、欺诈和侵权的现象,引起了许多劳动合同的问题。因此本文将针对劳动合同中出现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的建议,来促进我国经济更好地发展。 In order to adapt to the economic development of China under the new norm, perfect our country's labor contract, make up for the problems in the labor contract. Under the big background of economic globalization and China's entry into the wto, therefore our country on the form and content of the labor contract with more strict requirements, the coordination mechanism of labor relations have new requirements. Because working relationship itself has the complexity and particularity, often occurs in the management of labor contract operation is not standard, the phenomenon of fraud and tort, caused many problems of labor contract. So this article will focus on analysis of the problems existing in the labor contract, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions, to promote China's economic development better.
