为了适应新常态下我国经济的发展,完善我国的劳动合同,弥补劳动合同中出现的问题。在经济全球化这个大背景下,而且我国加入了世贸组织,因此我国对劳动合同的形式和内容有了更加严格的要求,对劳动关系协调的机制也有了新的要求。因为劳动关系本身就存在着复杂性和特殊性,在管理劳动合同中经常出现操作不规范、欺诈和侵权的现象,引起了许多劳动合同的问题。因此本文将针对劳动合同中出现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的建议,来促进我国经济更好地发展。
