半干旱地区农民采纳节水灌溉技术意愿及其影响因素分析——以阜新蒙古族自治县134个农户为例

Farmers' Desire for Water Saving Irrigation Technology in Semiarid Regions and Influential Factors——Taking 134 Farmer Housholds in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County as Case

节水灌溉技术是转变干旱半干旱地区作物栽培方式的客观要求,而农户采用节水灌溉技术的意愿是实施该项技术的关键。利用实地调查半干旱地区辽宁省阜新蒙古族自治县134个农户的样本数据,通过构建二元Logit回归模型,分析农户采纳节水灌溉技术意愿影响因素结果表明,半干旱地区农户采纳节水灌溉技术意愿受农民的年龄、受教育程度、块均耕地面积、农户风险认知、政府补贴以及信息渠道等因素显著影响。其中,块均耕地面积和信息渠道在1%水平上显著,农户年龄、受教育程度和政府补贴在5%水平上显著,农户风险认知在10%水平上显著。

Water-saving irrigation is an objective need for improving crop cultivation in semiarid regions,and the key point lie in farmers' desire to accept it.Based on the sample data of the 134 farmer hoseholds in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County,and with the help of the binary Logit regression analysis,the factors that may affect the farmer households' desire to accept the water-saving irrigation technology were explored.Results show that such factors as age,education,agricultural acreagethe,risk,governmental subsidies and informational channels have significant inluences on the farmer households' sedire,among which the land plot area and the number of information channels are significant at 1% level,the farmer households' age,education and perception of risk are significant at 5% level and their perception of risk is significant at 10% level.
