摘要
高等农业院校一些专业已开展双语教学实践,标志着高等农业教育开创了一个新的双语人才培养途径。针对高等农业院校食品相关专业双语教学存在课程教材和师资队伍缺乏、教学目标和内容错位、教学方法本土性强、考核制度简单划一和学生外语水平偏低等现状,根据从事双语教学的经验与体会,分析制约食品及相关专业双语教学中的师资、教材、教学目标和方法、教学管理模式和考核方式等一些关键因素,并对相应的方面提出针对性解决办法,为全面推进高等农业院校的食品专业课程双语教学提供教学依据。
Bilingual teaching has been applied in practice by many agricultural colleges and universities in recent years,which means that a new approach to bilingual talented personnel cultivation has been created in the Chinese agricultural higher education.In view of the experience in bilingual teaching,an analysis is made on the key factors(such as teaching staff,textbooks,teaching goals,teaching methods,teaching management modes and evaluation means,etc.) that form restrictions to the bilingual teaching in the food science specilty and food-related specialties and solutions to the corresponding problems are put forward so as to provide teaching bases for agricultural colleges and universities moving forward the bilingual teaching of the special courses of food science in an all-round way.
