摘要
选择辽宁省鞍山市县域地区为研究区域,以乡镇为基本单元,综合分析地形地貌、气候、土壤和水文等自然条件差异、土地利用空间布局特点及土地整治存在问题,在借鉴以往的土地利用分区的基础上,构建土地整治分区方法,从生态、生产、生活、土地利用和整治潜力五个方面选取指标,建立分区指标体系,借助SPSS和GIS软件平台,综合运用因子分析法与自然分级法,将研究区域划分为四个土地综合整治区域,即西北部平原高标准农田建设区、中部环城建设区、中西部丘陵综合发展区和东南部山地生态环境整治区。根据各个区域的特点,确定其整治重点与方向。该分区方案符合实际,且覆盖鞍山市县域土地全区域,更适用于当前形势的土地整治管理工作的需要,对国土资源可持续利用、土地整治规划和实施具有指导意义。
Taking the county areas of Anshan city as example and its towns as basic unit, this paper briefly introduces the method for land consolidation regionalization, comprehensively analyzes the differences(between the areas in natural conditions, such as landform, climate, soil and hydrology), the spatial layout of land use and the problems existing in land consolidation, constructs a method for land consolidation zoning using the previous land use zoning for reference, establishes an index system of regionalization choosing indexes from the aspects of ecology, production, living, land use and land consolidation potential, and with the help of the SPSS platform and the GIS platform and comprehensively applying the factor analysis method and the natural gradation method divides the research field into four comprehensive land consolidation zones(the the northeast plain's high- standard farmland construction zone, the middle around- city construction zone, the midwest hills' comprehensive development zone and the southeast hills' ecological environment consolidation zone). The direction and focus of land consolidation depend upon the characteristics of each zone. Such a division is scientific and feasible, meets the current demand of land consolidation and is of much significance to the sustainable utilization of land resources and guiding the planning and implmentation of land consolidation.
