城市屋顶绿化层状结构及其绿化系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 城市屋顶绿化是在原有城市建筑屋顶结构基础上,铺设可使植物正常生长,并不损害建筑结构的层状结构。层状结构需要满足屋顶承重、排水、屋面防水等条件,是利用建筑物顶部空间进行绿化的园林工程技术,旨在解决城市绿化空间不足、绿化成本过高等环境问题。结合大量城市屋顶绿化系统工程实例,对屋顶绿化的层状结构及其材料进行深度分析,目前成熟的城市屋顶绿化系统基本保障了植物生长条件及防水、排水、蓄水、过滤和隔根等作用,成功地解决了因屋顶绿化分层安装繁琐及其可能会出现上下层不兼容的问题,并针对不同屋面进行不同的城市屋顶绿化系统安装,保证安装方便、降低成本,为未来城市屋顶绿化系统及其材料、新技术等应用提供了广阔的发展前景。 As a garden engineering technology,urban roof greening means that a layered structure is constructed on the rooftop of urban buildings to grow green plants on it with no damage and danger to the buildings, thus resolving such environmental problems as the urban green space shortage and the overhigh greening cost.Such a layer structure should meet the requirements made by load bearing, drainage, water resistence, etc. A deep analysis of the green roof layered structure and its materials was conducted based on a lot of cases of successful green roof systems. Result showed that currently a mature urban green roof system has been fundamentally able to provide the conditions needed by plant growth, water resistence, water draining, water storage, filtration, root resistance and so on, has successfully solved problems produced by roof greening, such as the tedious layered installation and the failure of the upper layer and the lower layer in compatibleness,and has been capable of installing different roof greening systems according to different urban house rooves,thus realizing conenient installation and cost reduction and providing a broad development prospect for the future urban roof greening system and the application of its new material and technology.
