大学生就业形势严峻,就业竞争日益加剧,部分大学生在择业问题上容易出现急功近利、消极依赖和盲目从众等不当心态,其主要原因来自外部的社会因素和大学生内在的心理因素。高等教育者应该从心理调试的角度提出帮助大学生调整择业心态,解决大学生自卑感、焦虑感、妒忌心理和怕苦心理等的对策与措施,帮助大学生以自身的实力,积极主动地去适应社会需要,找准自己择业的最佳位置,牢牢把握职业选择的主动权。

Currently, faced with the increasingly serious employment situation and the increasingly fierce employment competition some college graduates, when hunting for job, are liable to produce unhealthy mentalities, such as pursuing quick success and instant benifit, waiting passively and conforming to other people blindedly, which are mainly caused by social factors and psychological ones of the college graduates themselves. People who are engaged in higher education should raise measures in the perspective of psychological adjustment to help them adjust their psychology on job hunting, remove their senses of inferiority,anxiety, jiealousy and hardship fearing, actively adjust themselves to society with their own strength, locate themselves in employment accurately and have the initiative of employment firmly.
