摘要
大学英语四级网考视听理解是一种全新的语言测试场景,与传统四级听力的题型、内容和答题方式等截然不同。在自制调查问卷的基础上,分析考生对于网考视听理解各部分的难易度、认可度等评价情况。调查结果发现,视听类长篇最难,但也最受欢迎;访谈类中篇偏难,最不招人喜欢;新闻类短篇相对容易,但难度较大,考生观点两极分化;考生对网考视听理解的认可度很高,焦虑现象普遍存在于各种题型;网考视听理解的难度要远高于传统考试四级听力;测试时主要影响因素包括语音语速、题材体裁、时间限制和计算机因素;网考视听理解更能客观地检测自身的英语水平,目前大学英语课堂教学有待改善提高。
The listening comprehension of the Internet-based CET Band 4, as a brand-new form of listening test, is quite different from that of the traditional paper-based CET Band 4 in content, the kind of question,and the way to answer. Based on a self-designed questionaire, this paper firstly analyzes both the difficulty and student acception level of the Internet-based listening comprehension and then makes a detailed comparison between the Internet-based listening comprehension and the traditional one. Result shows the long-passage listening material is the most difficult to comprehend but the most popular with students; the moderately-long-passage one is quite difficult to comprehend and thus the most unpopular with students; the short-passage one is evaluated as easy by some students but as difficult by others; the student test takers widely accept the Internet-based listening test but student nerversness is widely reflected in each type of test question; the difficulty level of listening comprehension of the Internet-based CET Band 4 is much greater than that of the traditional one; in a CET Band 4,such factors as pronounciation, speaking speed, materil style,time limit, computer, etc can all produce more or less effect on test takers; the listening comprehension of the Internet-based CET Band 4 can examine the student English ability more effectively than that of the traditional one; and the current classroom-based English teaching has yet to be improved.
