思想政治教育实践锻炼法及其强化路径

The Applying and Strengthening of Practice-based Cultivation in Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

实践锻炼法是充分调动和利用各种社会力量,在实践中训练和培养受教育者优良品德和行为习惯的方法。在教学中该方法虽为一种较为普遍的教学方法,但也存在部分大学生对社会实践学习的认识不到位、运用实践教学的素质和能力不足、社会尚未形成辅助高等学校实践教学的合力作用等现实问题。对此,要从转变教育理念、改进教学方法和发挥实践教学的优势等方面充分发挥实践锻炼法在高等学校思想政治教育中的价值。

As a teaching method, Practice- based Cultivation is refferred to as fully mobilizing and taking advantage of social forces to cultivate university students' good moral characters and good behavioral habits in real life. Though such a method is widely applied in teaching, problems exist, such as students both failing to understand it completely and lacking of necessary quality and ability to apply it and social forces having not yet become strong enough to assist colleges and universities with it. So we should change our concept on education, improve our teaching menthods and give full play to our advantages in practical teaching so that the method of Practice- based Cultivation could fully play its role in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
