摘要
动作要素是学习和完成任何运动项目动作的基础,大学体育教学如果动作要素不协调或完成质量不高,就会导致错误动作的产生或伤害运动员事故,从而影响大学教学质量。体育教学动作要素主要由身体姿势及其动作轨迹、力量、节奏、时间、速率和速度等七大动作要素组成,研究分析动作要素是提升体育教学水平的重要方面。因此,强调体育教学过程中动作要素的重要应用,并结合严格要求的教师以及认真学习的大学生,是提升大学体育教学传授技术动作准确性的根本方法,有益于大学体育教学的改革、发展和完善。
In college sports teaching action factors constitute the foundation of learning and completing body actions that a sport event needs. Any failure in or low quality of learning and coordinating the factors may cause a learner to do a wrong act or injure himself, thus producing negative effects on teaching quality of the event. The action factors mainly include the trajectory, strength, rhythm, time, speed and frequency of an action as well as the posture of a body, which all are closely related with the improvement of sports teaching.Stressing the significant role of the action factors in college sports teaching as well as teahers being strick with students and students learning the factors earnestly is a fundamental way to improve the accuracy of students' actions.
