摘要
在职业心理辅导体系下,大学生就业指导强化心理调适的作用,帮助大学生提高职业决策能力,通过设置职业生涯设计、就业技巧指导、资助创业指导、职业心理辅导与调试的内容,将职业心理辅导内化于就业指导过程,以职业生涯设计为主体,以提高职业自我效能感、编制特色教材、运用测评工具、开展个体指导和明确辅导员核心指导角色等策略,促进大学生的职业发展。
