The change of social structure is changing the employment concepts of employment groups and a new tendency is being shown in job market.The employment of university graduates is so serious that accumulating university graduates are forced to choose self-employed. However, market economy causes the competition for employment to exist everywhere.How the graduates can realize both their personal and social value depends on their attitude towards employment, the patterns of their employment and the mechanism of their employment. Therefore, modern university education should require that students emphasize the cultivation of creative spirit and career consciousness. Also, providing them with better entrepreneurial opportunities and environments should be an important goal that the government and society try to attain.
