沈阳市府广场景观层次分析法评价研究

An AHP-based Landscape Evaluation of the Shenyang City Hall Square

通过对沈阳市府广场景观全面调查分析,构建包含八项指标准则层和35项评价因子的市府广场景观综合评价体系,并依据层次分析法(AHP)确定评价因子的权重值。通过该景观评价体系运行分析结果可以得出:沈阳市府广场空间塑造合理,尺度得体,基础设施基本能够满足公众需求,管理维护良好,喷泉水景的塑造较为成功;而绿化树种选择不当,场内环境舒适度较低,建议选取油松、云杉和银杏等乡土树种,以增加观赏性和地域性,设置长廊、花架等,改善广场人文环境。

Based on an overall survey and analysis of the Shenyang City Hall Square landscape, a comprehensive evaluation system of the Shenyang City Hall Square landscape was established, which contained eight evaluation criteria and 35 evaluation factors and determined the weight of the evaluation factors with the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The analysis made by the landscape evaluation system showed that the Shenyang City Hall square was reasonably constructed both in shape and in size, able to meet the public's demands for infrastructure, well managed and maintained, and succeeded in fountain design and building.However, making a wrong choice of tree species and lacking of a comfortable feeling constituted what disappointed people in the square landscape. Suggestions are made, such as planting native trees such as Chinese pines and spruces to strengthen the esthetic value and regionalism of the square landscape and setting up long corridors and plant stands to improve the square environment.
