通过对从业4-8年的毕业生中有无学生干部经历在职业发展状况中的比较,可以得出学生干部经历对于提高职业发展能力有着重要的作用。基于此,提出健全学生干部培养机制、重视学生干部的职业发展规划体系的建设。
