摘要
通过对从业4-8年的毕业生中有无学生干部经历在职业发展状况中的比较,可以得出学生干部经历对于提高职业发展能力有着重要的作用。基于此,提出健全学生干部培养机制、重视学生干部的职业发展规划体系的建设。
Through the survey of graduates with 4-8,compared to career development is whether they have the experience of student cadre.We know that the experience of student cadre plays an important role for improving career development ability.Based on this,we must propose the mechanism of the training and attention to the construction of the career planning system.
