福建省未成年案件刑事检察工作机制分析与设计

Analysis and design of the criminal procuratorial work mechanism of the minor criminal cases in Fujian Province

立足福建省未成年案件检察权运行现状,针对新刑诉法有关未成年案件专章规定所赋予检察机关的权力,结合区域特征展开研究。提出应细化帮教体系、完善当事人和解制度、切实实现合适成年人到场制度的目的设计、注重对被害人的心理辅导、法律援助及经济援助等完善意见,通过建立科学的处断机制,对于因社会转型而出现的结构性弱势群体利益给与保护关爱。

Based on the Fujian Province juvenile procuratorial power movement present situation, in view of the new criminal procedure law on juvenile case chapter to regulate the power given to the procuratorial organs,with regional characteristics is studied.We should refine the assistance and education system,improve the parties reconciliation system,the practical realization of the appropriate adult scene system designed for the purpose of,pay attention to the victim's psychological counselling,legal aid and economic assistance suggestions, through the establishment of a scientific mechanism for because of social transformation and the emergence of structure disadvantaged groups interests give protection and care.
