摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断推进,高校学生管理面临新的挑战。台湾"书院制"学生管理模式和"全人教育"的理念,为内地创新高校学生管理模式提供了参考和借鉴。本文通过分析台湾书院制学生管理的特点,结合当前学生管理面临的困境,对创新学生管理的模式进行了探索。
with the continuous advancement of higher education reform, the university student management is facing new challenges. The students management mode and the concept of 'whole person education' in Taiwan,which provides a reference and reference for the innovation of the management mode of university students in China's Mainland.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the students management in Taiwan academy,combined with the difficulties faced by the current management of students, and explores the mode of management of innovative students.
