读者协会作为高校图书馆学科馆员助理的思考——以三明学院图书馆为例

The Reader Association as Assistants of the Subject Librarian in University Library——Taking Sangming University Library for Example

培养学科馆员,拓展学科服务,是高校图书馆由文献信息服务走向知识信息服务,发挥文化阵地作用的重要途径。读者协会作为高校图书馆指导下的大学生社团组织,可以成为图书馆学科馆员的补充队伍。本文以三明学院为例,针对学校图书馆学科服务的现状,从学科馆员目标定位、服务对象层次、读者协会作为学科馆员助理的可行性、队伍建设及管理等方面进行分析。

To cultivate the subject librarian and expand the subject service is from library's literature information service to knowledge information service of the university library,give play the important role of cultural position.As the college students' community organization under the guidance of the university library,the Reader Association can be a supplement to the library subject librarian.This paper takes Sanming University as an example, for the present situation of the subject service of the school library,analysis of the object orientation,the service object level,feasibility of the Reader Association as the assistant of the subject librarian,and the construction and management.
