摘要
文章通过对市场营销策划课程的专业标准、职业标准的重新定位,提出以服务企业为宗旨,坚持工学结合,以引导学生提升职业发展能力为目标的设计理念。同时,通过对"安徽年客牛仔服饰有限公司"企业运行中的问题分析,进行教学内容的重新划分和组合;"岗证赛课"教学模式的引进;微课、翻转课堂、网络互动教室、企业家进校园等第二课堂教学手段的使用;结合校内外综合实训实习基地,使学生全面了解企业营销的整体情况,为解决局部性和整体性的营销方案提供分析工具,掌握营销从业人员必备的核心技能与知识。
This article puts forward new design concept that the marketing planning course should be Servicing enterprises for the purpose,adhering to the combination of engineering and engineering,and guiding students to enhance the professional development ability.And this article redraws and restructures the teaching content;introduces the mode of 'post card match class';applies various teaching methods containing micro class,flipping the classroom,network interactive classroom,the second classroom;enables students to a comprehensive understanding of the overall situation of the enterprise marketing through both internal and external training base;provides analysis tools of solving the local and overall marketing plan;masters the essential core skills and knowledge of marketing employees,which based on the analysis of problems in the operation enterprises- 'Anhui annual passenger Denim Garment Co.,Ltd.'
