在当前"海西"新形势下,随着闽台经贸合作的不断发展加深,双方的合作呈现出从数量扩张到层次提升的特征。特别是福建省政府出台了关于加强高等职业教育的文件,为闽台高职教育合作提供了政策背景。因此,福建省高等职业院校教学目标要根据海西经济建设和闽台合作的需求,加强闽台合作办学,推动闽台专业共建。
