培养大学生的职业素质是高职教育的应有之义,女大学生的职业素质关系到女大学生能否顺利就业和未来发展。提升女大学生素质已经越来越受到社会和高校的普遍重视和关注。本文分析了女大学生职业素质的现状,提出了从女大学生职业意识、职业核心能力、职业意志等方面加强对女大学生职业素质培养。
