摘要
珠江三角洲地区本科院校青年教师师资队伍建设是决定高校可持续发展的根本所在。应对青年教师师资建设存在的问题,本文提出从完善应用型师资队伍建设机制;优化激励机制;提倡"师德一票否决制"等途径进行建设。
Build up the rank of the young university teachers for undergraduate university of the Pearl River Delta Region is prime factor to the sustained development of university.To cope with the pending issues which happen in build up the rank of the young university teachers for undergraduate university of the Pearl River Region,this paper puts forward the improvement of the training mechanism of the applied oriented teachers,to prefer the incentive mechanism,emphasize both on teaching and scientific researching,and use 'one vote defeat'mechanism,etc.to build up the rank of the young university teachers.
