托尼萘酸联合丹参注射液治疗淤胆型肝炎的疗效观察

The value of treating cholestatic hepatitis with tolynicate and naphthylacetia acid and Dansen Root rejected fluid.

目的观察托尼蔡酸联合丹参注射液治疗淤胆型肝炎的疗效。方法分别用门冬氨酸钾镁、肝泰乐等(对照组)和托尼萘酸、丹参注射液(治疗组)治疗淤胆型肝炎,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、退黄效果和肝功能恢复情况。结果治疗组能明显改善临床症状、肝功能和减轻黄疸,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论托尼萘酸联合丹参注射液是治疗淤胆型肝炎的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of treating chotestatic hepatitis with tolynicate and naphthylacetia acid,and Dansen Root rejected fluid.Methods All patients were divided into Control Group treated with Potassium magnessium aspartape,Glucurolactone etc,and Treating Group treated with tolynicate and naphthylacetia acid,and Dansen Root re- jected fluid;The change of clinical symptom,jaundice decreasing and recovery of hepatic function were observed respec- tively.Results The change of clinical symptom,jaundice decreasing and recovery of hepatic function of Treating Group were better,and there are significant difference (P<0.05) between Control Group and Treating Group.Conclusion It is a fine way to treat cholestatic hepatitis with tolynicate and naphthylacetia acid and Dansen Root's rejected fluid.
