呼出气一氧化氮测定在支气管哮喘诊疗中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)是机体产生的一种生物调节因子,在多种生理和病理环节中发挥重要作用。它是以L-精氨酸为前体在一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)的作用下合成的。人体内有3种NOS亚型,内皮型(eNOS)、神经型(nNOS),诱导型(iNOS)。此三种合酶在肺中都有表达。外源性的刺激,比如过敏原可以激发iNOS的合成。
