黛力新结合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死后焦虑症的临床研究

Deanxit in treatment of cerebral infarction with Shui-Shu simvastatin study on clinical effect of anxiety

目的探讨黛力新结合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死后焦虑症的临床效果。方法选择2013年2月至2015年4月我院收治的卒中后合并焦虑抑郁者80例,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组各40例,所有患者均使用瑞舒伐他汀调节血脂,观察组使用黛力新,晨起口服1片,每次25 mg,每天早晚各1次,对所有患者随访3个月,比较两组干预前后HAMD和HAMA评分,并统计两组治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果干预前,两组HAMD和HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组HAMD和HAMA评分均低于干预前,且干预后观察组HAMD和HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生口干、失眠、皮肤荨麻疹及心动过速的比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛力新对卒中后焦虑抑郁的改善效果,且具有副反应少,起效快,治疗依从性好等优点。

Objective Deanxit in treatment of cerebral infarction with Shui-Shu simvastatin anxiety disorders clinical effects. Methods TO select February 2013 to April 2015 I hospital admitted of brain stroke in the Hou merged anxiety depression who 80 cases, according to digital random method is divided into two group, the 40 cases, all patients are using Swiss Shu cutting he Ting regulation lipid, observation group using deanxit, morning up oral 1 tablets, each 25 mg, daily sooner or later the 1 times, on all patients follow-up 3 months, compared two group intervention before and after HAMD and HAMA score, and statistics two group treatment during occurred of bad reaction.. Results Before the intervention, two sets of HAMD and HAMA no significant difference(P>0.05), the intervention group after HAMD and HAMA before scores are lower than the intervention and intervention group after HAMD and HAMA scores than the control group(P<0.05), the observation group, dry mouth, insomnia, skin urticaria and tachycardia were significantly lower than the percentage of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Deanxit in post-stroke anxiety depression improved, and has few side effects, rapid onset, treatment compliance and so on.
