血清C反应蛋白对基底节区脑出血患者早期神经功能恶化的预测价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对C反应蛋白(CRP)和基底节区脑出血早期神经功能恶化(END)的相互关系进行分析评价。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月我院头CT确诊的基底节脑出血的60例患者。对临床资料进行回顾比较脑出血患者的基底资料及采用回归分析CRP水平与基底节区脑出血的相关性。结果 15例(25%)出现END,与未发生神经功能恶化的患者相比,END组CRP、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)-C、血肿增大以出血破入脑室率都与正常组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经回归分析发现血肿面积、出血破脑室率、CRP等都和END呈正相关。结论 CRP对于临床预测基底节脑出血END存在重要的临床价值。 Objective To analyzes the relationship between CRP and early neurological deterioration(END) in basal ganglia area. Methods To selected 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital as the object of this study, all patients were diagnosed by CT. The clinical data of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively and the correlation between CRP level and cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia were analyzed by regression analysis. Results 15 patients(25%) had END, and compared with patients without END, CRP group HDL-C, END, hematoma enlargement and hemorrhage were significantly different between normal group and normal group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The detection and control of C protein level is important for clinical prediction of END.
