伴多种合并症的慢性阻塞性肺疾病1例治疗体会

摘要 1病历资料患者女,84岁,因'反复咳嗽、咳痰10余年,心累、气促2余年,复发加重1周'主诉于2016-02-23入院。10余年前患者开始出现咳嗽、咳痰症状。每年持续时间大于3月,多于秋冬季、天气骤变时发生。2年前,患者逐渐出现活动后心累、气促,偶有喘息,反复于我院呼吸内科住院治疗,行肺功能。
