慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并多种慢性病患者1例报告

摘要 1病历资料患者,女,80岁,因'反复咳嗽咳痰30年,再发伴气促4 d'主诉于2016-2-1入院。患者30多年前起受凉后出现咳嗽咳痰、咳白痰为主,感胸闷气促,活动后加重,曾多次在我院住院治疗,诊断为'慢性阻塞性肺疾病',予以抗感染及对症使用布地奈德-福莫特罗(320/9μg),症状好转出院后自行停药,病情仍有反复,逐年加重,日常生活尚能自理。4 d前患者受凉后再次出现咳嗽咳痰,呈阵发性,较剧。
