慢性阻塞性肺疾病反复急性加重规范化治疗1例

摘要 1病历资料患者男,74岁,主因'慢性咳嗽、咳痰15年,活动后气短8年,反复加重1月'于2016年3月3日入院。患者15年前无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳痰,白痰为主,不易咳出,清晨为主,每于秋冬季节明显,每年持续2~3个月。8年前出现活动后气短,爬坡或上3楼即感气短,未予重视。近年来自觉气短逐年加重,平路快走100 m即感气短。
