Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in a patient with acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbation

摘要 1病历资料患者男,66岁,报社退休编辑,2014-08-19因'反复咳嗽、咳痰、气促10余年,加重3 d'急诊入院。患者10余年前无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳痰症状,痰为白色黏痰,伴喘息、气促,外院行胸部CT、肺功能等检查后诊为'慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重'。1年前因呼吸衰竭入ICU,诊断为'慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重期;慢性肺源性心脏病',行气管切开、呼吸机辅助通气治疗。
