慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重伴有骨髓增生异常综合征1例报告

摘要 1病历资料患者男,84岁,因'反复咳嗽、咳痰60年,喘憋伴双下肢水肿5年,加重20 d'而于2015-08-28入院,既往慢性贫血8年,长期间断口服叶酸、维生素B12、铁剂,入院前曾在当地县人民医院住院1个月(住院期间输血2次),治疗效果差。体检:体温(T)36.6℃,心率(P)120次/min,呼吸(R)20次/min,血压(BP)142/74 mm Hg,神志清楚,
