慢性阻塞肺疾病急性加重期1例治疗体会 被引量：2

摘要 1病历资料患者男,76岁,主诉:'反复咳嗽、咳痰、气喘10余年,加重20 d'于2016-02-28入院。现病史:该患者10余年前起反复出现咳嗽、咳痰,喘息,于冬季及受凉后好发,每次发作持续3个月以上,曾于外院诊断为'慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)',平时不规则使用布地奈德/福莫特罗(160/4.5μg),症状好转或消失后自行停药,且未定期随访。20
