复方消化酶胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of compound digestive enzyme capsules combined with mosapride for bile reflux gastritis

目的探讨复方消化酶胶囊对胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法 61例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为2组:研究组31例给予复方消化酶胶囊(星昊美彤)2粒,每日3次和莫沙必利5 mg,每日3次;对照组30例给予莫沙必利5 mg,每日3次。疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前后症状积分和胃镜下表现。结果研究组总有效率为80.65%,对照组总有效率为63.33%(P<0.05)。其中,研究组腹痛、腹胀、烧心症状的改善优于对照组。结论复方消化酶胶囊联合莫沙必利能有效缓解胆汁反流性胃炎症状。

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of compound digestive enzyme capsules combined with mosapride for bile reflux gastritis. Methods Sixty-one patients with bile reflux gastritis were divided into two groups randomly: Group A(experimental, n=31) and Group B(control, n=30). Group A received 2 capsules of compound digestive enzyme( Xin Hao Mei Tong) and 1 tablet of mosapride citrate thrice daily. Group B received 1 tablet of mosapride citrate thrice daily. The total duration of drug treatment was 4 weeks. Questionnaire survey of the clinical efficacy and endoscopic follow-up was conducted. Results The total effective rate in Group A and Group B were 80.65% and 63.33%(P<0.05). The improvement of symptoms such as abdominal pain, distention and heart-burn in Group A was better than that in Group B. Conclusion Combination of compound digestive enzyme capsules and mosapride can relieve symptoms of bile reflux gastritis effectively.
