摘要
目的探讨单纯性肥胖男中学生的血清脂联素(APN)水平与脂代谢异常的相关性。方法调查辽宁省沈阳市部分地区13~18岁男中学生共386例,测量体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)及体重,按BMI将其分成正常组(204例)和肥胖组(182例)。采用放射免疫分析法测定两组人群的血清APN水平,分析APN与丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的关系。结果肥胖组BMI、WC、ALT、LDL-C、TG和HOMA-IR均高于正常组;肥胖组血清APN水平为(16.14±10.08)μg/mL,低于正常组的(21.60±12.90)μg/mL。相关分析显示,血浆血清APN与BMI、WC、ALT、LDL-C、TC、TG和HOMA-IR之间呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关。结论单纯性肥胖男中学生的血清APN水平较体重正常者明显降低,APN可能与脂代谢异常密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum adiponectin(APN) levels and lipid Metabolism abnormalities in simple obese male students in Shenyang. Methods There were 386 cases(13 to 18 years) at the age of male students in Shenyang city surveyed and divided into 2 groups: normal group(n=204) and obesity group(n=182) by body mass index(BMI), and the BMI, waist circumference(WC), and body weight were measured. Serum adiponectin(APN) levels in 2 groups were measured by radioimmunoassay. The relationship between APN and glutamate transaminase(ALT), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and insulin resistance index(HOMAIR) were analyzed. Results In obesity group, BMI, WC, ALT, LDL-C, TC, TG and HOMA-IR were higher than those in normal group. The serum APN level [(16.14+10.08) μg/mL] in obese group was lower than that in normal group ((21.60+12.90) μg/mL)Conclusion The analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between serum APN and BMI, WC, ALT, LDL-C, TC, TG and HOMA-IR, and positively correlated with HDL-C.Conclusion The levels of serum APN in obese male middle school students in Shenyang were significantly lower than those of normal weight, and APN may be closely related to abnormal lipid Metabolism.
