羟苯磺酸钙联合骨化三醇对糖尿病肾病患者8-羟基脱氧鸟苷和同型半胱氨酸影响研究

Influence of calcium dobesilate combined with calcitriol on diabetic nephropathy of plasma 8-OHdG and Hcy

目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙与骨化三醇联合治疗对糖尿病肾病患者8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年10月于河北省廊坊市人民医院肾病内科诊治的108例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,以随机法将患者分为羟苯磺酸钙组(单独组)和羟苯磺酸钙+骨化三醇组(联合组),每组各54例。比较两组患者的8-OHdG、Hcy、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化。结果两组治疗后,8-OHdG、Hcy、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平,比较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);联合组治疗后,8-OHdG、Hcy、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的改善程度均明显优于治疗后单独组(P<0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合骨化三醇治疗糖尿病肾病效果良好,能有效降低8-OHdG、Hcy、hs-CR、IL-6、TNF-α水平,对糖尿病肾病患者器官有很好保护作用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of calcium dobesilate combined with calcitriol on diabetic nephropathy and its influence on the levels of plasma homocystein(Hcy), 8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG), high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α. Methods One hundred eight cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitusin the Department of Nephrology of Langfang HebeiProvince People’s Hospital from September 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into the calcium dobesilate group(single group) and calcium dobesilate + calcitriol group(combined group) according to random number table, each group had fifty four cases. The levels of plasma Hcy, 8-OHdG, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the plasma Hcy, 8-OHdG, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05); the improvement of plasma Hcy, 8-OHdG, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-а in the combined group were significantly better than those of single group(P<0.05). Conclusion Calcium dobesilate combined with calcitriol shows better clinical efficacy on diabetic nephropathy, which can decrease the levels of plasma Hcy, 8-OHdG, hs-CRP and IL-6, TNF-α, which has beneficial effects on the protection of liver kidney heart in patients with 2 diabetes mellitus.
