噬血细胞综合征1例报道

Hemophagocytic syndrome: A case reports

摘要 噬血细胞综合征(hemophagocytic syndrome,HPS)是一类以淋巴细胞和组织细胞过度增殖,全身的高炎症反应,免疫应答失控为表现的临床综合征,又名噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生综合征,因该病发病率低,诊断特异性低,病情进展迅速,预后极差。现就我院2018年6月收治的1例HPS患者进行探讨。1病历资料患患者女,45岁,以'发热20余天.
