伏立康唑治疗气管侵袭性曲霉菌病1例报道

Voriconazole in treatment of airway-invasive aspergillosis: A case report

摘要 气管侵袭性曲霉病(airway-invasive aspergillosis,AWIA)是侵袭性肺曲霉病(invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,IPA)的亚型之一,其影像学表现多样,早期诊断困难。随着纤维支气管镜的发展,AWIA的诊断率较早年有所增高。现报道1例通过影像学、纤维支气管镜及病理确诊.
