摘要
为研究氨基酸平衡饲粮的代谢能(ME)、可消化赖氨酸水平(DLys)及其互作效应对1~21日龄肉仔鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,采用2×3因子设计,设低、高ME水平分别为12.13MJ·kg-1、12.76 MJ·kg-1,DLys设低、中、高三个水平,分别为1.03%,1.13%及1.23%,依据理想氨基酸平衡模式配制6种试验饲粮。选取360只1日龄、平均体重43.69g的AA+肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,进行21d的饲养试验。饲养试验末期采集血液样品测定生化指标。结果表明:低ME高DLys组有最高的平均日增重和平均日采食量,高ME高DLys组肉仔鸡料重比(1.48)最低,饲粮ME和DLys水平对肉仔鸡平均日增重存在极显著的互作效应(p【0.01);饲粮ME水平对血清谷丙转氨酶活性、甘油三酯及尿素氮含量有极显著(p【0.01)和显著(p【0.05)影响,饲粮ME和DLys水平对血清谷草转氨酶存在极显著的互作效应(p【0.01)。综合生长性能和血清生化指标的结果表明,对1~21日龄肉仔鸡,适宜ME和DLys水平分别为12.13 MJ·kg-1和1.23%(ME/DLys=0.986MJ·g-1)。高ME高DLys组(ME/DLys=1.032MJ·g-1)更利于肉仔鸡代谢平衡,减少血清甘油三酯和尿素氮含量,提高血清谷丙转氨酶的活性。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of amino acid balance dietary metabolizable energy(ME) and digestible lysine(DLys) levels and their interaction on broiler chickens at the age of 1 to 21 days. In a 2 ×3 factorial design,with 2 levels of ME(12.13 and 12.76 MJ·kg-1),3 levels of Dlys(1.03 %,1.13 % and 1.23 %),360 1-day-old Arbor Acres broiler chickens with an average body weight of 43.69 g were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 6 replications per group and 10 birds per group. At the end of feeding experiment, blood samples were assayed for serum biochemical parameters. The results showed that broilers fed with the high ME-low DLys combination diet had the highest average daily gain and average daily feed intake,and broilers fed with the high ME-high DLys combination diet had the lowest feed /gain ratio(1.48),and the interaction between ME and DLys was significant for the average daily gain(p<0.01). Dietary ME affected significantly the serum glutamic-pyruvic and serum transaminase triglyceride content(p <0.01),and improved(p <0.05) the serum urea nitrogen content of broilers significantly. The interaction between ME and DLys was significantly for the serum glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase activity(p<0.01). The 21-day-old broilers could get the optimum growth performance and serum biochemical parameters when the suitable level of ME and DLys was 12.13 MJ·kg-1and 1.23%(ME/DLys=0.986 MJ·g-1).High dietary ME and DLys levels(ME/DLys=1.032MJ·g-1)are more benefit to improve metabolic balance, and decrease serum glutamic-pyruvic,serum transaminase triglyceride and serum urea nitrogen content of broilers.
