摘要
前期研究获得了6株具有杀线虫活性的链霉菌Snea253的形态突变株,为进一步明确突变株对抗生素的敏感性差异,采用杯碟法对11种抗生素的敏感性进行测定,并进行耐药性菌株的筛选。试验结果表明:突变株Snea253-A比原始菌株Snea253更敏感,而突变株Snea253-B、Snea253-F、Snea253-G、Snea253-H和Snea253-J均比原始菌株耐药性增强。6株突变株对巴龙霉素、阿布拉霉素、妥布霉素、卡那霉素、链霉素和庆大霉素均比较敏感,但对四环素、氨苄霉素、青霉素和奇霉素比较耐受,而对潮霉素反应不一致。用链霉素做为耐药菌株的筛选剂,浓度为10μg·m L-1时,突变株Snea253-G的杀线虫活性比未处理前提高了33.9%。
Six Streptomyces Snea253 mutant strains with nematicidal activity were obtained in previous research. It was necessary to further clarify the difference of antibiotic sensitivity among mutant strains. The tolerant strains were screened using the cylinder plate method with 11 antibiotics. Snea253-A was more antibiotic sensitive than Snea253; but antibiotic resistance levels of Snea253-B, Snea253-F, Snea253-G, Snea253-H and Snea253-J were higher than that of Snea253-CK. Six mutants were sensitive to paromomycin, apramycin, tolramycin, kanamycin, streptomycin and gentamycin, but resistant to tetracycline, ampicillin,penicillin and spectinomycin, and inconsistent to hygromycin B. The streptomycin could be used as a mutagen once its test concentration was 10μg·m L-1. The nematicidal activity of Streptomyces Snea253-G was 33.9% higher than that of the normal one.
