皮秒激光的临床应用进展

Clinical application progress of picosecond lasers

脉冲时间为皮秒级的皮秒激光通过选择性光热作用及光机械作用,作为一项新型激光技术已广泛应用于多种皮肤病的治疗,如:文身、色素性皮肤病、皮肤光老化、痤疮瘢痕等。因其具有疗效显著、治疗次数少、不良反应小、停工期短等优点,且相比传统纳秒激光,对于肤色较深的亚洲人其引起炎症后色素沉着的发生率低,已引起广泛关注。该文就皮秒激光在皮肤美容领域的临床应用进展作一综述。

Picosecond lasers is widely used in many dermatology diseases through selective photothermal and photomechanical effects,such as:tattoo,pigmented lesions,photoaging,acne scarring,et al.Due to the evident therapeutic effects,short treating period,few adverse reactions and short downtime,furthermore compared with nanosecond laser,picosecond is more suited to deeper complexion population for lower risk of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation,and that’s why picosecond lasers has gained wide attentions.In this review,the current clinical application progress of picosecond lasers was reviewed.
