摘要 石油企业如何应对低油价,如何适应新常态,是今年各石油企业必须思考的问题。现实地讲,低油价会倒逼企业积极主动地转方式、调结构、降成本、提效益。面对当前的油价形势,油田开发不仅要算产量,更要算成本,把开发油藏,变成经营油藏、经营开发,不断优化投资结构、成本结构、产量结构、措施结构,努力提升油气生产的总体经济效益;非油业务不仅要算收入,还要压成本、算利润,开源节流、内强外拓、多措并举、降本增效,走低成本发展之路。 How oil companies respond to lower prices, how to adapt to the new norm, this year, all oil companies must consider. Realistically speaking, low prices will forced enterprises proactively transfer mode, adjust the structure, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Given the current oil price situation, not only to calculate the yield of oil field development, but also to count the cost, to the development of the oil reservoir into the reservoir management, business development, and constantly optimize the investment structure, cost structure, production structure, structural measures, efforts to increase oil and gas the overall economic production; non-oil business not only to calculate the n of more measures simultaneously, cost efficiency, and income, but also the cost pressure, count profits, cut costs, the strong extension of more measures simultaneously, cost efficiency, and take the low-cost development.
