治霾的能源逻辑

Cure Haze Energy Logic

60多年前雾霾是西方发达国家民众最为关心的话题,60多年后的今天,雾霾成为中国人最关心的话题之一,由此引发的猜测、争论和抗议遍布虚拟网络和现实生活。其中一个争论的焦点就在于,在国家工业高速发展的进程中,雾霾(以及其他类似的环境污染)是否是无法避免的?我们能回避吗?不管人们愿不愿意接受,答案都在那里:至少当前是不可能的,甚至今后的20年都有可能办不到。治霾需要对症下药,能源的逻辑是要下大努力、大本钱、大力气,花费长时间来调整能源结构,而不仅仅是"干掉煤炭"、"升级成品油"和"放不放开石油行业垄断"问题那么"单纯"。

More than 60 years ago haze is the topic that the people most concerned about western developed countries, more than 60 years later, the fog haze became one of the most concerned topic in the Chinese, the resulting speculation, arguments and protests around the virtual network and real life.
