Capital plays an important role in the production and operation of enterprises,and it is the blood and foundation on which enterprises depend.In the process of business management,fund management must be placed first in financial management.This paper combines theoretical analysis with case study,and uses inductive and comparative analysis methods to analyze the internal management of large domestic and international large oil enterprise groups such as BP,Exxon Mobil,Sinopec and CNOOC.The advanced experience of centralized management of foreign oil enterprise groups has unearthed experience that is worthy of reference from large oil companies in China.
