记得美国作家雷蒙德·卡佛有部经典之作,叫作《当我们谈论爱情时,我们在谈论什么》。后来,这本书名成了一句经典式的发问,被许多地方引用。中国和中国企业曾经落后太久了,导致我们一说到国际一流企业时,下意识想法是该向国际同行、特别是顶尖同行学习什么?但我们很少问自己,我们不该向他们学习什么?也就是卡佛式反问:"当我们向国外顶尖同行学习时,我们不该学习什么?"
I remember that American writer Raymond Carver had a classic,called'What are we talking about when we talk about love?'Later,the title of the book became a classic question,which was cited in many places.China and Chinese companies have been lagging behind for too long,leading us to say that when we talk about world-class companies,what is the subconscious idea to learn from international counterparts,especially top peers?But we rarely ask ourselves,what should we not learn from them?That is,the Carver-style counter-question:'When we learn from our top foreign counterparts,what should we not learn?'
