VEGF和Rsf-1在宫颈癌病理诊断中的应用分析 被引量:6

Application analysis of VEGF and Rsf-1 in pathologic diagnosis

摘要 目的研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和染色体空间重组因子-1(remodeling and spacing factor 1,Rsf-1)在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,进一步分析其与发病年龄、临床分期、组织学类型、病理学分级和淋巴结转移的相关性,探讨两者联合应用在宫颈癌病理诊断中的意义。方法本研究选择经手术治疗、有明确病理诊断的56例宫颈癌蜡块标本作为观察组。同时选取56例正常宫颈组织作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF和Rsf-1的表达水平。结果观察组中VEGF阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Rsf-1阳性表达率同样明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VEGF和Rsf-1因子的阳性表达在不同年龄分段、组织学类型及FIGO分期的宫颈癌组织中差异无统计学意义,但两者在病理学分级和淋巴结转移方面的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF以及Rsf-1在宫颈癌组织中呈现高表达,与宫颈癌发生、发展、预后具有相关性,有望作为宫颈癌临床病理的辅助诊断和对宫颈癌患者病情综合判断的实验室及临床预后指标。 Objective To study cervical carcinoma vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and remodeling and spacing factor 1( Rsf-1) expression in cervical cancer tissues,and to analyze the correlation of VEGF and Rsf-1 with onset age,clinical stage,histological type,pathological stage and lymph node metastasis status,to explore their combined application in pathological diagnosis of cervical carcinoma. Methods Fifty-six cases of cervical cancer were selected as observation group,which were treated by operation and pathological diagnosis. Fifty-six cases of normal cervical tissues were selected as control group. The expression of VEGF and Rsf-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. There was no significant difference in the positive expression of VEGF and Rsf-1 in the observation group at different age stages,histological types and FIGO stages of cervical cancer. Results The positive expression of VEGF in the control group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The positive expression of Rsf-1 in the control group was also higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression of VEGF and Rsf-1 factors in the observation group at different age stages,histological types and FIGO stages of cervical cancer. But the differences were statistically significant in pathological grading and lymph node metastasis for both factors( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The high expressions of VEGF and Rsf-1 in cervical cancer tissues are associated with cervical cancer occurrence and development and prognosis. They may be used as prognostic indicators of cervical cancer occurrence in the laboratory and clinical pathology to diagnose and evaluate the patients with cervical cancer occurrence.
