摘要
针对集中空调系统试运行中出现的循环泵电机发热严重、能耗高 ,实际效果差等问题 ,提出了运用相似原理、按功率匹配进行叶轮切割的技术改造方案。经实践证明 ,实现了优化运行 ,满足了设计要求 ,提高了经济效益 ,有较好的推广使用价值。
In accordance with circulating pump electric motor overheating,high energy consumption and low efficiency in pre-operation of central air-conditioning system,corresponding measures of cut water pump impeller to solve this problem are presented based on the power matching of pump and similarity principle.
