大学生创新创业教育内隐性矛盾的厘定与实践路径——以复杂性理论为视域 被引量:1

摘要 基于复杂性理论,大学生创新创业教育存在不规律性和多维性两种实践特征,并表现出三种内隐性矛盾:从行动设计的角度看,其过程的自组织性与传统教育的模式化、控制论之间存在内隐性矛盾;从实践的角度看,实践永恒论与非线性特点之间存在内隐性矛盾;从反思的角度看,大学生创新创业教育实践过程的不可还原性与教育实践经验循环之间存在内隐性矛盾。解决这些矛盾有三个实践路径:对创新创业理念与认知进行基础建构;支持创新创业实践能力的养成与多元发展;建构创新创业的发展平台并及时评价、反思。 Based on the complexity theory,there are two practical characteristics existing in the college students' innovation and enterprise education: one is irregular and the other is multidimensional. Meanwhile,there are also three types of implicit contradictions. From the action perspective,there is difference between the organization and pattern and control theory in traditional education; from the practical perspective,there is conflict between the concept of eternality and nonlinearity; from the reflective perspective,there is divergence between the irreducibility of process and circulation of experience. To solve these contradictions,three practical approaches are suggested: firstly,to construct the basic theory and cognition for innovation and enterprise; secondly,to provide the support for the practical ability and multiple developments; thirdly,to create the platform for the evaluation and reflection.
