俄罗斯国家经济安全研究及对中国的启示

Research on Russian National Economic Security and Its Enlightenment to China

随着世界各国愈发关注国家经济安全问题,对同样处于转型攻坚时期的中国,研究俄罗斯国家经济安全的内涵及主要构成要素,分析俄罗斯各个历史时期的国家经济安全问题,具有重要的借鉴作用。运用灰色关联分析方法对俄罗斯经济安全因素进行定量分析,研究发现:维护国家经济安全必须要改进其落后的经济增长方式;维护国家经济安全必须要走创新道路,提高竞争能力。俄罗斯的经济安全理论与实践对同样处于转型攻坚时期的中国具有重要的借鉴作用。

As countries around the world pay more and more attention to national economic security,it has an important reference role for China,which is also in the transition period,to study the connotation and main components of Russian national economic security and analyze the national economic security issues in various historical periods of Russia.To analyze the historical evolution of Russia’s national economic security,study the connotation and main components of Russia’s national economic security,conduct quantitative analysis of Russia’s economic security factors by using Grey relational analysis method can draw a conclusion that is to maintain national economic security.We must follow the path of innovation and improve competitiveness.Russian economic security theory and practice have important reference function for China who is also in the transition period.
