摘要
大庆油田采用聚合物驱油弥补水驱后期产量下降和提高采收率,并同步开展了聚合物配注工艺的研究与聚合物驱油试验。应用聚合物分散装置、熟化搅拌器和聚合物熟化储存合一配制工艺,实现聚合物干粉的大容量分散和快速搅拌溶解;通过大排量输送泵、母液过滤器、低黏度损失流量调节器、母液静态混合器等核心工艺设备,研发一管多站母液外输工艺、一泵多井注入等简化配注工艺,实现了聚合物母液低黏度损失与长距离多环节输送、注入,优化形成'集中配制、分散注入'的总体工艺流程。简化的聚合物驱地面工艺技术既保证了聚合物溶液低黏度损失高精度配注,又降低了地面工程投资和运行成本,技术上支撑了聚合物驱油技术的大规模工业化应用,并根据聚合物配注工艺技术的发展趋势,提出了相关建议。
Polymer flooding is an important measure to make up the production decrease at the late stage of water flooding and increase the recovery rate in Daqing Oilfield.The research of polymer compounding process and the polymer flooding test are carried out simultaneously.The combination process of polymer dispersing device,the curing agitator as well as polymer curing and storage is used to realize large-capacity dispersion and the rapid stirring and dissolving of polymer dry powder.Using the large-displacement pump,mother liquid filter,low-viscosity loss flow regulator,mother liquor static mixer and other core process equipment,this study develops the onechannel multi-station mother liquid external transport process,one-pump multi-well injection and other simplified injection allocation technologies.This aims to to achieve low viscosity loss of polymer mother liquor and long-distance multi-link transport and injection,optimize and thus form the whole process flow of centralized preparation and dispersion injection.Simplified polymer flooding ground technology not only ensures high-precision injection allocation of the low viscosity loss of polymer solution,but also reduces ground engineering investment and operating costs.It can provide a technical support for the large-scale industrial application of polymer flooding technology,and put forward relevant suggestions according to the development trend of polymer injection allocation technology.
