天麻钩藤饮联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者血压、血清炎性因子水平及血管内皮功能的影响研究

Impact of Tianmagoutengyin Combined With Levamlodipine Besylate on Blood Pressure,Serum Inflammatory Cytokines Levels and Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients With Essential Hypertension

目的探讨天麻钩藤饮联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者血压、血清炎性因子水平及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2015年6月临沂市第三人民医院收治的原发性高血压患者134例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组67例。对照组患者予以苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮治疗,疗程为8周。观察两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血压(舒张压、收缩压)、血清炎性因子〔白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)〕水平、血管内皮功能指标〔一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素1(ET-1)〕及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(u=6.872,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者舒张压、收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者舒张压、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP、NO、ET-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP、ET-1水平低于对照组,血清NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论天麻钩藤饮联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血压,减轻炎性反应及改善血管内皮功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the impact of tianmagoutengyin combined with levamlodipine besylate on blood pressure,serum inflammatory cytokines levels and vascular endothelial function of patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 134 patients with essential hypertension were selected in the Third People's Hospital of Linyi from June 2014 to June2015,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random table,each of 67 cases. Patients of control group received levamlodipine besylate, while patients of observation group received tianmagoutengyin combined with levamlodipine besylate for 8 weeks. Clinical effect, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, serum inflammatory cytokines levels( including IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP) and index of vascular endothelial function( including serum levels of NO and ET-1) before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group( u = 6. 872,P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of diastolic blood pressure or systolic blood pressure was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05), while diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of serum level of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP, NO or ET-1 was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05); after treatment, serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP and ET-1 of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group,while serum NO level of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred any serious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Tianmagoutengyin combined with levamlodipine besylate has certain clinical effect in treating patients with essential hypertension,can effectively reduce the blood pressure,relive the inflammatory reaction and improve the vascular endothelial function,and is safe.
